Ms. Carrie Belisle is a native of Brevard County who began her academic journey at Eastern Florida State College (EFSC), where she earned her Associate of Arts degree in 2021. Through the Direct-Connect to UCF program, she successfully transferred to the University of Central Florida, where she completed her Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Comparative Politics, with a minor in Terrorism Studies.
During her time at UCF, Ms. Belisle was inducted into the Political Science National Honor Society in 2022 and was selected as an Intelligence Community Centers for Academic Excellence (IC CAE) Scholar in 2023—recognitions that reflect her academic excellence and commitment to the field.
Since graduating in 2024, she has focused on personal growth and actively seeks opportunities to strengthen her professional development. Ms. Belisle has gained valuable experience working with IPAC staff, further refining her research and writing skills.
She aspires to build a career within the intelligence community and plans to pursue a master’s degree in the near future. With continued mentorship and advanced training, she aims to enhance her competitiveness for graduate programs and professional opportunities in the Washington, D.C. area.
Outside of her professional pursuits, Ms. Belisle enjoys spending time with her family, watching movies, and visiting theme parks.
