Dr. Waltraud Q. Morales
Dr. Waltraud Q. Morales is Professor Emerita of Political Science at the University of Central Florida. She holds master and doctorate degrees from the Josef Korbel School of International Studies of the University of Denver and for 35 years taught graduate and undergraduate classes and seminars in international and comparative politics for the Political Science department. Dr. Morales’s teaching and research has focused on Latin America, hemispheric relations, Bolivian history and politics, anti-narcotics policy, human rights, economic and political development and revolutionary change. She has authored or coauthored eight books and monographs, and over fifty scholarly articles.
