Henrique Rudá is an environmental justice advocate, public policy strategist, regenerative land stewardship leader, and founder of Rooted Solutions FL, a Central Florida–based regenerative agriculture consulting firm. For more than a decade, he has worked at the intersection of environmental conservation, community development, Indigenous rights, and public policy in both the United States and Brazil.

Henrique holds a Certificate in Proposal Writing from the Edyth Bush Institute for Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership at prestigious Rollins College, certifications in Permaculture Design and Regenerative Agricultural Design, and a B.A. from the University of Central Florida. His expertise includes coalition building, community organizing, strategic advising, proposal development, language interpretation, and the design and implementation of community-centered environmental initiatives.

In the Brazilian Amazon, Henrique has collaborated with Indigenous leaders, grassroots organizations, and government stakeholders to advance rainforest conservation, territorial protection, and sustainable economic development. His work has contributed to the planting of more than one million trees, the raising of over $500,000 for Indigenous communities and rainforest defenders, and efforts supporting the demarcation of approximately 200,000 hectares of ancestral territory for the Kuntanawa Nation. He also helped develop the first officially recognized Pano Peoples Bioeconomy Initiative, which brought together 19 Indigenous communities to promote sustainable livelihoods, cultural preservation, forest stewardship, and Indigenous self-determination.

Through Rooted Solutions FL, Henrique advances regenerative approaches to food security and ecological restoration by designing edible landscapes, food forests, educational programs, and community-based growing initiatives. His work emphasizes biodiversity restoration, local food resilience, and the integration of Indigenous knowledge with sustainable development practices.
