At IPAC, Henrique Ribeiro is a Project Manager and he dedicates his study to human security in Brazil. His research is on human resources through educational institutions and projects. Mr. Ribeiro also focuses on community sustainability of developing geographical regions in Brazil.
Henrique earned a B.A. with honors from the University of Central Florida. He majored in Political Science with a concentration in International Relations. In his honors thesis he conducted field research in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, Brazil. His research analyzed the influence of Brazilian main stream media in the development of public opinion, political institutions, social welfare programs and large scale international events. He will be pursuing a Masters Degree in International Relations with a focus on Global Human Development.
Mr. Ribeiro is currently working on development projects with the non-profit and non-partisan organization Ação Global in under developed regions in Brazil. He is currently conducting research on community sustainability and human development in rural geographical regions in Brazil. Additionally, Henrique serves as a City Year AmeriCorps
